I haven't been able to initiate a single mod download. I know there is a thread somewhere in the discussion about a procedure what to follow but issue is now that the downloads won't even start. To add - at least in the past (I haven't tried it recently) I didn't have any issues with Stellaris or HoI4 mods from Workshop, they worked instantly. I think you are correct about the whole check "download/network usage graph" because it does show peaks of internet speed and current disk usage but with nothing showing after subscribing to a mod in the workshop. I do see the mods present in game after the download status stops but this is only possible if you restart the game. I think you will find more success by opening those specific games in the 'Manage Steam' mode. To do this, open the GeForce NOW application and click on your username in the upper right hand corner. From there you will see a drop down menu, and select 'Manage Steam. Once installed, the mods should start downloading, workshop mods wont download. Do note that you will need to do this each and every time you want to launch a game with Steam Workshop mods. Hope this helps :.
Hope this helps : Tried that, won't work. I usually have to 'uninstall' the game, then reinstall, and then wait for the additional data load progress bars to finish before launching the game, then the workshop content shows.

Just thought I would share some advice for an annoying bug with Skyrim and the Steam Workshop not working as intended, as I think it's a common problem but I can not for the life of me find people talking about it.
