How to Download and Use Nexus Mods
Jan 20, · what would be nice not sure this possible If you have MO1 open it will would download classic mods using the nexus link into MO1 and if you MO2 open it would download classic mods using the nexus link into MO2. I also use MO v1. That's it. I even check the ModOrganizer. I'll leave which ones to download up to you. If I see that a good handful report back with errors on ALL of the mods in my list above, and NO errors on any mods without those characters in the filename, then I think it warrants a MO Bug Tracker report. I downloaded the above mods without error.
One thing I did recently was I changed my "Favourite download location" in my Nexus profile from generic USA to the server closest to my location, which is a premium server. Posted 27 September - PM. Hmm, okay. Good to know. From what you're reporting, I could guess that this issue only occurs with downloads via CDN, but let's see if anyone else reports back here too.
Posted 28 September - AM. I just downloaded version 1. Reading the Nexus forum it looks like there are other issues that have been introduced. We may want to sit tight for a while.
Well, since I can't read everything everywere all of the time, also thanks for GSDFan for pointing out Mod organizer 2 not downloading from nexus author of Mod Organizer seems to be working on this peculiar and particular download error, mod organizer 2 not downloading from nexus. With that in mind - if anyone is reading here, don't worry about testing the mods I listed above, because it appears it should be fixed in an update within a week or two.
For the time being, I can confirm that for any mods which give the error, a manual download, then placing it into MO 's mod download folder, and updating the meta-data using the right-click "Query Info" feature seems to work fine. Tried your Mods listed in Post 6 and I too get the same error. So maybe try going back to the default settings in MO. Posted 28 September - PM, mod organizer 2 not downloading from nexus.

It was working for, say, an hour or so, but now it just wont let me log in. Finally, click "Search nexus network for more mods" (the globe icon at the top) to open Nexus in a browser and try to download a small mod with manager. Hopefully it works fine. If this does not work, exit Mod Organizer and go back to Explorer (it should still be open and in the Mod Organizer folder). It was working right 2 hours or so before. but now when i click download with manager from the nexus page all it does is appearing the mod at downloads tab and saying pending after a while it says failed to request file from nexus.
