To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question. I click on the Hulu icon, but nothing happens. I can't select any apps. It won't open the screen with the app description and download button. When I go to the Purchased tab on the top menu of the App Store, it's telling me to sign in, but won't let me click the "sign in" cant download hulu app. Now it's stuck on a screen that says "Sign in to enable automatic downloads," but every time I enter my CORRECT password it brings me back cant download hulu app the "sign in to enable automatic downloads" screen.
Posted on May 30, PM. I was able to resolve the problem. After it rebooted, I logged back into iTunes and App Store in the settings. This fixed my problem of not being able to click an app in the App Store to see the details and install options.
I hope this helps others. Aug 10, AM. Page content loaded. I'm unable to reset using Settings because it keeps popping up Sign In To Enable Downloads, which after entering my password correctly loops me back to entering it again. So I can no longer download new apps, or even search the app store because under Purchased in App Store it says I'm logged out.

I also have this issue, cant download hulu app. I just received a brand new 4K from Directv Now and cannot download any apps, cant download hulu app. Everything else works just fine and I have restarted, restored, etc, cant download hulu app. Calling Apple Support since I also haven't found any help online anywhere. I recently moved and that was exactly my problem as well. All fixed now!!!

I am also having the same issue. All my account info is correct. Clicking on them in the app store does nothing. The icon registers the cant download hulu app on it but it does absolutely nothing.
I know the latest ios is giving some people issues with the app store on the iphone. I wonder if it is also a problem with the Apple TV. When I went back into the Crapp Store and clicked on an app it actually took me to the download page! I clicked download and it asked me to sign in and everything worked. I have been having a similar problem and tried many reboots and other things to fix it without success. When I click on an app to install it it just moves and does nothing. The description and install page does not open. If I go to a show, one from Netflix, for example, and try to play it and click on open in app, it just hangs at the spinner indefinitely.

Small successful work arounds: When I tried to play an Amazon Prime show it managed to install the app. It certainly seems to be a bug in the App Store app, or maybe something went wrong with the tvOS software upgrade.
