I'll keep it short by saying that once you get the basics down of wordcasting you feel like a wizard, composing the spells in your own head then uttering them when you're ready to unleash the power, complete with it's own metawords to augment your wordspells. It has rules for adapting them to all spell-casting classes arcane and divine. I'm not sure how other groups have fared with wordcasting but our group has truly enjoyed it to the point where we made an all caster group and used nothing but wordspells.
What can you say about Pathfinder, except truth in Advertising. Ultimat Magic is a great addition to the "Magic" classes of the game.
It does -exactly- what it says it does, and very well. The art is beautiful, the book is beautiful, and it does it's job. For the price On Amazon You can't beat Pathfinder on price. I personally don't play magic classes that much. I'm a ranger guy, but as a GM, I have this book. It's great. It doesn't give you everything in the world. Which is exactly what you want, if you're buying this book.
The this book has a few interesting options for you. There are also options for the Unchained Monk from Pathfinder Unchained. That said, some of the spells are to narrow in there scope of compatible characters. This is the main reason for the 4 of 5 stars. One person found this helpful. It contains tons of new info to help customize characters I am currently playing an inquisitor, and the ability to pick the inquisitor domains that are tailored for the class instead of just from the cleric list is great.

There are some great new ideas in here rules on spell duels and binding outsiders for example some of which I'll use, some I won't but it's good to have choice yes? I've scored this lower than Ultimate Combat as I personally found less utility in this book and was a little disappointed with The Magus, the only core class in it.
I also found it a little more unwieldy to read. There's a lot of information here and, as befits scholarly mages etc, it's quite involved in parts. Nonetheless it's still a worthwhile addition to your Pathfinder collection, especially for you weilders of the magikal arts. Thank you for your feedback.
